That’s the old saying about March—In like a lion, out like a lamb. March comes in at the tail end of winter. With some blasts of snow and frosty days, winter still has the roar of one or two final storms. Finally, the cold gives way to the warming sun as the sun melts any remaining ice and the earth starts to feel the heat. Trees start to bud, slight shades of green start to show up everywhere and the promise of spring is in the air. By the time March winds down, there is clear evidence that flowers are blooming and the air is warming—gentle as a lamb.
As this new spring begins and a time of starting over, what will that mean for you? What will you do this opportunity for new beginning? Will you make this the time you dare to venture into something you’ve only read about or talked about or thought about? What is it for you?
You save money to take a vacation, but find so many reasons (excuses?) not to do it. You’ve been asked to join that book club at work. You love to read and they do so many fun things. You would really love to be a part of the group. What is holding you back? And, what about that gym membership you keep telling your sister you want to look into so you start to feel better and not worry about a few extra pounds? She’s given you two or three guest passes. She told you she’ll meet you there and show you around. It’s a really clean, safe place with such a nice group of people.
Could this be the March for you? Is this YOUR time? Why not? You feel it. In like a lion—ready to roar!! You can fit in and have a great time. Relax and enjoy the group—peaceful as a lamb. Make it YOUR time!!
