Multiple session packages are paid at the time fee agreement is signed. If sessions are cancelled in a timely manner, refunds are paid on a pro-rated basis depending on number of unused sessions. If a session is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee of $50.00 is charged.
